"Discovery" Tour
Come and discover a winemaking complex with a unique architectural style, as well as a warm family atmosphere in the heart of the old town of Cérons.
We will be glad to welcome you on a tour of Château de Cérons, a magnificent 17th century manor house surrounded by vines, as well as the old barrel cellar and new winemaking facility.
We will be delighted to share the secrets of our profession and the history of our estate.
At the end of the visit, a tasting of the 4 wines of the Château de Cérons will be offered in the Château dining room.
In 2024, our tour is enriched by 2 new experiences :
Immersion between shadow and light,
The iconic old barrel cellar of Château de Cérons, the one nurturing its precious wines for 300 years, will come to life with a play of shadows and light, enveloping us in a world suspended in time and taking us on a journey along the water and through the centuries.
The rebirth of 'The Peninsula of Château de Cérons'.
To extend your experience, we invite you to discover on foot, with the help of a digital application, the treasures surrounding the Château de Cérons, a wellspring of biodiversity planted with local species, fruit trees, hedges, flower seedlings, and cereals. The Château de Cérons is completing its conversion. 2024 will mark the first vintage of the property under organic agriculture.

Following a “Discovery” tour of the estate, we offer a guided tasting of three old vintages from the Château de Cérons collection. Experience the wonderful and highly exclusive appellation as you explore its evolution over time.

To extend this moment and enjoy the magnificent setting of the estate, we prepare a delicious French picnic:
- Red picnic, Château de Cérons, Graves red
Black pigs of Bigorre, duck of Landes, seasonal fruits and vegetables, cheese from Bazas, sweets from the Cérons bakery. - White picnic, Château de Cérons, Graves dry white
Fish of Arcachon and Pyrénées, seasonal fruits and vegetables, goast’s cheese, sweets from the Cérons bakery. - Gold picnic, Château de Cérons, Cérons
Grenier Médocain, foie gras, seasonal fruits and vegetables, blue cheese, sweets from the Cérons bakery. - Orange picnic, Coucher de Soleil, Orange wine

2 people minimum by color of menu.
Menues can be adapted to special diets upon request.

Lunch or dinner at the Château rotisserie
After a guided tour and tasting of the estate’s wines, pay a visit to our chef in the château’skitchens.
In winter, snuggle up by the fireplace as the suckling pigs, wood pigeons and Landes chickens roast slowly over the open fire.
In the summer, pull up a seat at the great table out in the gardens, under the shade of the magnolia.
From 6 to 30 people
We will be also very happy to welcome you to host your receptions and family events.
